In country-quiet Firestone, Century has home opportunities for large homesites and 4-bay garages

In the small town of Firestone, 25 minutes up I-25 from the 470 beltway, Colorado’s own Century Communities is creating new homes for families that prefer a quieter setting and more attainable prices than they find further south in the Denver area.  Now Century is set to offer an even more attractive Firestone opportunity – the chance to get a considerably larger homesite than practically any Denver area builder offers, along with an option on some plans for a 4-bay garage.

Davidson adds that buyers will like the access to reasonably-priced Saddleback Golf Club, a mile south; and to St. Vrain State Park, just west of I-25 at 119/Firestone.  Families attracted to Firestone may commute south to Denver and the U.S. 36 corridor; or may work in Longmont or Loveland.

The way to explore the possibilities is to tour the 4-bedroom model at Oak Meadows – showing the 3-bay garage, wide-open family area, and a kitchen that has both a walk-in pantry and a butler’s pantry.  If you like the looks of that home, Century has one ready now in Oak Meadows with a special incentive that brings its price to $344,950 – over $20,000 off.  Or, you can talk with Stacey or Sharla about having that home created at Saddleback Heights, on a larger lot, with the 4-bay garage option as a possibility.
