These guys are really great and always willing to help. I would recommend them to any of my friends in the Denver area. Looking for a home is a daunting task, but talking with Jimmy and Christy I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

We relocated to Colorado from Georgia still with our home in Georgia on the Market. We found a great home by Century, placed a contract and gave our earnest money. Our home in Georgia was taking some time to sell and scared about carrying two loans we decided to cancel our contract with Century until we had our current home in Georgia sold. Everyone was understanding and all our earnest money was refunded with 14 days!
Once our home in Georgia sold we came back to Century. Unfortunately, the home was sold but we ended up building the same plan. I couldnt be happier and would recommend Century Communities highly.

My family and I just relocated here from Ohio and had the best buying experience with Century Communities. During the process of building our home while living in Ohio the community manager Kelly kept us informed weekly with photos and emails. My kids were so excited about their new home and couldn't wait until Friday evenings for the update and photos.
We arrived in Colorado the day before our closing for the final inspection and home looked great! Century Communities went beyond to make sure that this was a painless process. This is the fifth home that we have built and we have never been more impressed with a builder. I would recommend anyone who is in the market to visit one of their communities.
